James J. Butler, Jr., Ph.D
Kansas Geological Survey, University of Kansas
Dr. Butler is a Senior Scientist and the Chief of the Geohydrology Section of the Kansas Geological Survey at the University of Kansas. He was the 2009 recipient of the Pioneers in Groundwater Award of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
