For measuring the depth of water in wells, boreholes, and standpipes, Model 101 Water Level Meters are the most accurate and reliable meters. It is sturdy, easy-to-repair and read to 1/100 ft. or to each millimeter.
Also available, from Solinst, are the less expensive Model 102 Coaxial Cable Water Level Meters for use in small diameter tubes.

Model 101 Mini Water Level Meters are ideal for use in narrow diameter applications as small as 3/8” (10 mm).
The narrow tape is mounted on a convenient small reel that is light-weight and fits easily into a backpack. The accurate flat tape is marked each 1/100 ft. or each millimeter.
101 Mini Water Level Meters are available in 65 ft and 20 m lengths. The P1 probe is designed to be as small as possible, with a diameter of 0.313” (7.9 mm) and the P2 probe has a diameter of 0.375” (9.5 mm) and is a little heavier. Both probes have segmented weights.
The Solinst Model 102 Coaxial Cable Water Level Meter is inexpensive and deigned to measure water levels in narrow diameters. The flexible stainless steel cable has a heavy duty polyethylene jacket, with markings permanently adhered every 5 ft (1m) or each ft (1/2 m). It is designed with segmented weights for easy operation and a narrow 1/4" probe or heavier 3/8" probe.
Meters are powered by easy-access 9V batteries, have an excellent brake, convenient carry handle, and on/off sensitivity switch. Rugged design and Solinst reel make these meters ideal for field use.
A Solinst TLC provides accurate, stable temperature and conductivity measurements displayed on a convenient rotating LCD display. Water level measurements are taken from permanently marked flat-tape, every 1/100ft (or mm) up to 300ft. (100 m). Tape is flexible and hangs straight in application. Meter is ideal for temperature and conductivity profiling in wells or open water, and for a general indication of chemical contamination levels, salt water intrusion and salinity.
