Instrumentation Sales & Support

Solinst Canada Ltd is a leading manufacturer of surface water and groundwater monitoring instruments with growing worldwide sales.
Must have fluency in Spanish for this technical sales position, involving instrumentation sales and support of Solinst groundwater and surface water monitoring devices for our clients worldwide.

Duties will involve extensive telephone and email contact to explain and trouble-shoot our Levelogger and Telemetry lines of equipment, as well as conducting presentations, and assisting in the creation of technical articles, instructional materials and product support documentation. As a key member of the Solinst Technical Sales team, you will also be involved in the training of inside sales staff, international distributors and North American distributors as well as providing input to future product development.

Ideal candidate assets:

• fluency in Spanish (oral and written) in a technical environment

• strong knowledge of Windows OS set-up and trouble-shooting, to enhance support of our Levelogger and Telemetry systems
  

• strong technical knowledge of why, where and how groundwater and surface water instruments are used
  

• intense desire to provide top level service, assisting clients to obtain the most suitable equipment for their monitoring applications
  

• 2+ years of hydrological/hydrogeological consulting and field experience preferred
