This privacy policy applies to information collected through solinst.com and solinstcloud.com

We will use your information to respond to your requests. Your name, email and physical address may be shared with third parties to ship goods to you on our behalf. Your name, email address and company name are shared with Active Campaign and Clickfunnels, our marketing automation service providers, to send emails from our double opt-in email lists. Your email address is shared with third parties such as Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin and X (formerly Twitter) in order to trigger relevant advertising and messaging campaigns. This information is encrypted during file transfer and is not personally identifiable. Your email address, phone number, first name, last name, country and zip code are shared with Google Ads in order to trigger relevant advertising and messaging campaigns.  This information is encrypted during file transfer and is not personally identifiable.  Furthermore, the data upload is Hashed using SHA256 method 32 bytes id in hex format (ie. [email protected] -> 264e53d93759bde067fd01ef2698f98d1253c730d12f021116f02eebcfa9ace6), then automatically deleted after the data has been processed.

When filling out a request for information or request for quote on Solinst.com, Solinst may forward the request onto our Exclusive Distributor operating in that geographic region with an email carbon copy to the user thereby keeping them informed of the communication with that third party.
