For initial setup and direct communication with Solinst Cloud, the LevelSender must have three lithium batteries installed and be connected to your computer using a USB cable. The connection is accessed by removing the plug from the top of the LevelSender for Mk3 units, and by removing the top cap for Mk2 units.
